I’m 16 and i’m noticing i’ve been gaining weight. Alot of weight. I’m at 130 lbs. The problem is i dont know how to lose the weight because i dont want to exercise. I have huge legs full of muscle, and i dont want anymore. Please help.
Limit these things:
1) Breads
2) Sweets
3) Sodas (Drink LOTS of water!)
4) Potatoes, fries, rice, white breads, and corn.
Do exercises that cause you to sweat for 30 minutes to an hour daily.
In everything that you do, do it with moderation. Do not deny yourself anything because your body will crave what you are denying it to have. So you can have anything but the things that can put weight on you faster, you need to eat in moderation. That way you won’t be craving things you have decided to deny yourself of.
