I was wondering what is the best weight loss supplement to try when trying to lose weight?
I was going to take slimquick, but wanted further suggestions.

The reason all the other diets, diet foods, organic foods, healthy foods, medicines and all the rest don’t work in this modern technologically-amazing age is because they were deliberately designed not to!
I dont want to repeat myself constantly, or go on another rant of how messed up our world is – but it is a shame and people need to WAKE UP and realise what is going on. The diet industry makes billions out of insecure people and they want to keep it that way.
Every year we are sold diet products that do not work. I hope people reading this really think about what I am saying here, just do a simple youtube search and find out for yourself.
I have researched these facts, facts that they dont want you to know but I have gone on long enough now. To learn more the link below will explain further and help you escape the matrix.

Btw, the people telling you to eat less are wrong, well not wrong but their not helping! You need to eat less but more often (six meals a day instead of three) this will get your matabolism up^^ and will actually help burn off fat

Unfortunately, there is no magic pill. All you’re going to do is waste your money, and maybe even damage your health. Several of these supplements have been pulled of the shelves or reformulated due to their dangerous effects! Your best bet is a change of diet and a healthy amount of exercise.

Slimquick is nothing more than a fancy shake that doesn’t really do anything.
Your best bet is to drink lots of water, exercise often, and eat less.
Simple as that, really!

try super-B complex, it helps convert food into energy and helps you loose weight and keep it off…. here’s some tips….
-Do a cardio exercise when you get up in the morning like walking or running (this jump starts your metabolism and you’ll feel more energetic throughout your day)
-eat a healthy breakfast (like whole grain cherios)
-there’s this exercise that you can do to burn stomach fat (and work your obliques), you stand up, put our arms out and twist side to side using your stomach muscles to stop yourself each time you twist. do this for about 3-5 minutes a day (or more if you want to loose weight faster)
-chew extra gum

1?Limit TV. Watching too much TV encourages you to eat more than you realize. Avoid the excess calories and mindless eating by cutting down on the amount of time you spend in front of the TV. Find other activities to enjoy that occupy your hands as well as your time.
